Learning and games Haley Pruden-Lalonde does the limbo at the High Prairie Friendship Centre's youth centre on Feb.14. The youth centre hosted a Valentine's Day dance for youth aged 6 to 12. Organizers say it was the first event like this the youth centre hosted. They hope to have more events throughout the year. This time they were excited and pleased to see the response from the community. Aside from doing the limbo, numerous activities were lined up so the young ones could celebrate the Sweetheart's Holiday with games, fun and refreshments.

Twins rescued after falling through dugout
Two-year-old twins fell into a farm-dugout Feb. 11 and their mother and grandfather performed CPR, reviving the two boys until they were brought to hospital by emergency services.

Two High Prairie Regals were named to the North Peace Hockey League's East Division All-Star Team Feb. 19.
