A group of people who just love to sing will once again provide the entertainment for everyone’s pleasure next week.
The Northern Lights Encore Choir’s spring concert called ‘That’s Entertainment’ will take place Friday, June 1 at 7:30 p.m. at the H.P. United Church.
And in case that day is not convenient for you to attend, the choir will gather in McLennan June 2 at the Elks Hall at 7:30 p.m.
Admission $5 per person or $15 per family for both shows. Refreshments will follow each performance.
Come enjoy music ranging from traditional spiritual to popular hits.
The choir was formed years ago and is comprised of people from the Smoky River and High Prairie areas who just love to sing. Their love of singing has resulted in a choir that keeps on getting better and better and is well liked and appreciated in the area.
During each performance, the choir tends to poke fun at themselves which only adds to a few hours of terrific entertainment each time out. But don’t let that fool you – these guys and gals are good!
