Teams of volunteer firefighters from different departments competed in the barrel event outside the Enilda Fire Department on Aug. 11. They were among 65 people to attend the seventh annual Firemen’s Appreciation Day, which drew firefighters from Enilda, Faust, Grouard, High Prairie, Joussard and Kinuso.
