June is Recreation and Parks Month
June is a month with objectives of promoting recreation and parks in a fun and positive way in communities.
This year the High Prairie and District Recreation office is putting on a number of fun, easy activities that the public can enjoy.
* Adult Colouring Contest- deadline is June 18.
* School Colouring Contest – deadline is June 13.
* Milk Trivia Quiz – deadline is June 23.
* Amateur Photography Contest – deadline June 23.
All of these activities, with the exception of the School Colouring Contest, can be dropped off at either the recreation office, the High Prairie Regional Aquatic Centre or the Tourist Booth.

Summer Adventure Camp
This summer day camp program offers children ages 5-11 years the chance to engage in fun activities, crafts, field trips and more. Every week has a different and exciting theme that is designed to give the children entertainment, culture and adventure.
You can register for this camp on a daily, weekly or entire summer basis. The cost is $10 for daily, $45 for weekly of $250 for the entire summer. Registration forms are at the High Prairie Regional Aquatic Centre or the recreation office.
