The A&W Root Bear and Albert Babkirk, 89, dance the night away at the ‘50s and ‘60s Family Dance at the High Prairie Municipal Library Sept. 13. The dance was part of a weekend of celebrations organized mostly by Janet Porter and Vicky Barsalou called High Prairie Settlement Celebrations. A&W was one of many major sponsors so it was fitting the Root Bear attended.
