One of the highlights of High Prairie Settlement Celebrations was the dedication of Historic Prairie River Park. Left-to right are Donald Fevang, Town of High Prairie CAO Larry Baran and Violet Komisar. Fevang and Komisar was instrumental in the park’s formation.
