High Prairie Golf Club grounds Supt. Mike Ochran shows some of the turf ripped from the ground on the seventh green at the golf course. Sometime between midnight and 6 a.m. Oct. 18, someone drove a vehicle through the fairway leading to the green. They spun their tires across it, leaving deep imprints in one spot. They ran over and broke a small pine tree and stole the flag from the pin. Damage is estimated at $10,000. The club is requesting the public’s help in finding the perpetrator(s).
