“Eggstention” of the mind

Kinuso School’s 130 students held their annual Science Olympics March 27. Students were challenged to build different projects including a stable house of cards, perfecting a slingshot and creating an ‘eggstention’ bridge which will not collapse under the weight of an egg. Above, students chose to use masking tape as the foundation for their ‘eggstention’ bridge instead of straws. Hospital construction tops list of concerns at community health forum
The community has had its first say into the High Prairie and District Community Health Foundation’s strategic plan for health care service delivery.

Cemetery committee sends call for help
St. Mark’s Anglican Cemetery remains where it started in 1909. The oldest cemetery in High Prairie is a final resting place for our community, although over 50 per cent of the people buried there are not Anglican.
