Euro-tech on farms with Sloan Helicopters
The Second Annual Black and White Gala
will be held in High Prairie June 13. The event raises money for the
CT Scan Unit which will be put in the new High Prairie Hospital, when
constructed. Above, Linda Williscroft, left, presents a ticket to Fort
McMurray – Athabasca MP Brian Jean during his visit to High Prairie
March 19. Williscroft is the chief financial officer for the gala,
hosted by the High Prairie and District Community Health Foundation.
Other dignitaries expected to attend so far are Lesser Slave Lake
MLA Pearl Calahasen and Dunvegan - Central Peace MLA Hector Goudreau.
Last year’s gala raised over $300,000. Tickets are $55.00 each and
can be bought at the Town of High Prairie office, South Peace News
and at deSigns by Tam in High Prairie.
