Kinuso cowboy Robert Blanchford tasted some of his region’s finest dust after being tossed from Rough Range during bareback riding at the Swan River First Nation Rodeo Aug. 29. The two-day event marked the first time a rodeo was held at Swan River in 51 years. Organizers hope to make it an annual event. Some Faust residents are supporting the M.D. of Big Lakes’ proposal to extend sewer service to the east end of Faust.
