If you didn’t live by the motto of the early bird you’re out of luck when it comes to seeing these performers Jan. 28 when the High Prairie Ukrainian and Cultural Society hosts Malanka at the Elks Hall. The dinner and dance, highlighted by a performance from the local Zirka dancers, is sold out. Above, Hana Sharkawi, left, and Kelly Cox perform at Pleasantview Lodge Jan. 7.
