Clay Klassen, 1974-2003

Clay Klassen, resident of Joussard, passed away Aug. 16 at the age of 29.

Clay was born May 5, 1974 in Fort Saskatchewan. He will be remembered in the area for his carpentry skills and his willingness to lend a hand to friends and family.

He is survived by his wife Katie; daughters Nicole and Julia; parents Wayne and Kim Klassen of High Prairie; and sisters Cori and Amy.

Clay was predeceased by his grandparents, Jim and Aurora Klassen of Gibbons, Alta.

The funeral for Clay was held Aug. 20 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with president Neil Forsyth officiating. Internment followed at St. Anne's Cemetery in Joussard.
