Berwyn village council is attempting to address its future public works equipment needs.
To meet that goal, council is applying for a Local Government Fiscal Framework grant to assess its public works equipment. The grant would evaluate both equipment replacement and necessary repairs.
The decision came after council was reviewing pricing for a new skid steer and debating options to repair aging and/or failing public works equipment.
