Chamber meets May 4 to plan annual general meeting

High Prairie and Area Chamber of Commerce holds it monthly meeting May 4 at Amiro’s Steakhouse at noon.

Plans for the annual general meeting will be discussed, says executive director Rodney Gainer.

Although no date and place have been confirmed, the AGM is held each June with elections for the board of directors.

An office for the chamber has opened in the Town of High Prairie civic building.

Gainer is based in the office, which is open Tuesday to Thursday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
