I had the privilege of meeting Jean [Sutherland] Currie last week at Shaw’s Point and she thanked me for writing the kind words about her in South Peace News.
The picture of her and Jack Keshen beside the school van is in fact her older sister, Gladys Sutherland. I didn’t get to meet her, so my guess was close, but not accurate.
What I wrote about Jean is correct. I apologize, but the error will remain in Trails We Blazed Together.
