PIC – MLA welcomes community

Lesser Slave Lake MLA and Municipal Affairs Minister Danielle Larivee hosted an open house Nov. 25 in her constituency office in the Town of High Prairie civic building. Left-right, are Larivee, Candice Maglione and Rod Chalifoux of Driftpile First Nation, Samantha Stokes, who ended her one-year reign as Miss Rodeo Canada on Nov. 12, and Town of High Prairie Mayor Linda Cox. Larivee opened the office in December 2015 after the Slave Lake resident was elected in May 2015. Later in the evening, she remained in town to celebrate the town’s annual Light-Up.
