A smaller than average crowd attended the Christian Community Gospel Sing July 31 at the High Prairie Church of the Nazarene. Due to some illness, summer holidays and camp preparations, about 50 attended. Still, all enjoyed two hours of gospel music, both from taped music and live musicians, and lunch afterwards. Gospel sings are held the fifth Sunday of each month. The next one is Oct. 30. For more information, phone Nazarene Pastor Brian Gilroy at [780] 523-8284 or Lighthouse Community Church Pastor Pat O’Rourke at [780] 523-4139.
