PICs – ‘Royal’ time had by all at Marigold Royal Ball

by | Jul 1, 2017 | News

Cleo Burback, 5, has that twinkle in her eye as she watches a completed suncatcher dangle at one of the craft tables.

Marigold Enterprises’ Princes and Princesses Royal Ball was held June 17 at the High Prairie Legion Hall. About a dozen girls, and a few adults, donned their best and participated in a variety of crafts. The children took part in games, enjoyed having their photos taken, and danced all afternoon. Snacks and lunch completed the afternoon. Attendance was down this year, perhaps due to the later date and a beautiful day outside.

It might be a bit messy but so much fun! Zaylee Veniot, 2, puts icing on her tasty treat, and her face, and her hands…

Brynn Billings, 6, is the look of determination while making a craft from delicious miniature marshmallows and toothpicks.

Hadley Haynes, 3, is all smiles while hiding behind a princess mask. Snow White, Cinderella, who is she dreaming of being?
