SARDA Ag Trade Show is now accepting registrations for its show set to take place at the Falher Regional Recreation Complex from March 27-29, 2025.

“We offered our 2023 booth holders to retain their booths prior to opening general registration,” says executive director Vance Yaremko.

“As a result, we have only about a dozen booths remaining for new businesses. It’s important that people contact our trade show coordinator soon to book available spots,” he adds.

Yaremko says so far, they’ve booked everything from seed companies to machinery companies and financial institutions to post frame builders and everything in-between. He’s excited for the upcoming show, saying they anticipate all 154 booths will be filled with interesting companies for agricultural producers and community members to explore.

“We’re anticipating a great show with lots of attendees and there will be a little bit for everyone,” he says.

“We will also have sponsorship packages ready in the next week or so, if anyone is interested in providing sponsorship for the show.”

He explains all funds raised from the SARDA Ag Trade Show go right back into agricultural research and development. All funds help to facilitate the programs SARDA currently runs, as well as new and exciting initiatives that their staff hope to explore. Their efforts are important, not only to local producers but also to producers throughout the province and country.

The 2025 Trade Show will feature over 150 booths, various new equipment displays by producers, and entertainment being hosted by other groups in the community.

Ecole Heritage will be hosting a fundraiser for their Community Sports Court in the way of a supper and entertainment on Friday evening of the show. More details will come soon.

“Northern Rural Chicks are also planning on having a Women’s Market on Saturday,” says Yaremko.

“We’re excited that so many non-profit groups in our community wanted to join forces to make this weekend exciting for all visitors to our community and our residents.”

Yaremko urges businesses interested in obtaining a booth or providing sponsorship to contact the Trade Show Coordinator at smokyriveragtradeshow@gmail.com or by phone at (780) 837-0563.
