Win big in chamber’s Light-Up promotion

Spend local and win!

It’s the central theme to the High Prairie and Area Chamber of Commerce’s promotion during High Prairie Light-Up Nov. 25.

The promotion, which encourages local citizens to shop at home, will coincide on the evening of the town Light-Up. Shoppers will be eligible to win several prizes.

Any purchase at a participating business will make the shopper eligible for a prize.

“We want to make it simple,” says secretary Lynne Bourassa. “You spend money locally and we’ll reward you.”

Several prizes not yet announced will be donated for the promotion, which runs from 6 p.m. to closing of the business.

“It’s to enhance the shopping experience and to encourage people to shop at home,” president Tracy Sherkawi says.

Winners will be announced the following day.
